Frame

Verify that the frame is clean and construction is sound (no weld breaks, missing supports, etc.
  • Clean, Paint & Modify as needed

Electrical

Confirm that all electrical housings, components, wiring and controls are clean, neat, properly sized and/or identified and in good functional condition. Performance test entire unit to verify correct programming and confirm proper operation of all electrical and mechanical components (ie, pumps, actuators, PLC, HMIs, relays, etc.)

Plumbing

Verify that all piping is sized and rated correctly for the application. Repair or replace any piping showing signs of cracking, fatigue or failure. Check that all valves are mounted properly and in good working condition. Examine all indicators to ensure that they are mounted in easily accessible locations, are sized appropriately for the application and are functioning properly. Verify that all air distribution piping and solenoids are working correctly with no leaks at the required pressure ratings.

Feed Pump

Performance test the feed pump for proper pressure and flow rates. Check that bearings and seals are working properly. Ensure that the motor is wired for correct voltage phase application and is functional.

Shipping & Handling
